Start of Yeji's Blog

So I was recommended by a good friend to start a blogger to keep track of Yeji's daily tasks that mainly consists of eating, pooping, sleeping and occasional barfing. It may not be of interest to you, but I figured this world needs more pooping stories so here it goes...

Nothing interesting happened today, but let me backtrack and highlight some of the glorious moments we've experienced with our baby Yeji since she was born.

1. After a long night of labor I finally gave in and got epidural the next morning, only to find out I need to get a c-section Hooooray!

2. When the doctor finally got her out, she was face up (it's supposed to be face down) and umbilical cord wrapped around her shoulder and legs. No wonder she wasn't coming out, she was stuck poor thing.

3. When she was born there was a long bruise on her forehead that almost looked like a cut, but thankfully it wasn't otherwise it wouldn't have been a "thank you" to the doctor. She still has a red dot from it, but barely noticeable so it's A ok!

4. When my parents first saw her, Yeji gave them a small grin that looked like a smile and it was love at first sight

5. Yeji's first fart sounded like a big fat man after having too much mexican beans

6. During one of her diaper changes she projectiled her poop about 4 feet across the room, no joke. I was forever traumatized by the incident

Those are some of the highlights, the rest is just a blur but I hope to keep a better record of it by posting on this blogspot so come back soon~
